We are looking for an individual keen to support Wellbeing Escapes’ commitment to provide exceptional customer service and knowledge-based advice to a very discerning client base. Hungry sales skills, professional service, client follow-up and after-care, in order to build client loyalty to wellbeing Escapes, are central to the job. The person in this role handles all aspects of customer service. They evaluate the customer’s needs and make recommendations for the client’s holidays based on these discussions. Many of our clients are informed, assertive and busy individuals who have either experienced these kind of holidays or have a keen interest to do so. Many clients are women who travel on their own and take these holidays as an investment in themselves. Our team is trained by expert staff, our suppliers as well as experiencing the product personally but must also take the initiative to develop their own product knowledge.
The person in the role will also work closely with the current Marketing Executive, the Managing Director and our digital media consultant. The marketing aspect of the role would include assisting with web content and images, CRM and communications platforms, social media direct and electronic communications and campaigns.
