Corporate Travel Account Manager, London, Salary to £40k
This role is drive sales & revenue from existing key accounts global and establish long standing partnerships for this corporate travel agency. You will also be expected to develop opportunities by developing a plan to target sectors through partner negotiation.
The role could be home or office based and offers a salary to £40k.
Corporate Travel Account Manager Responsibilities:
Establish partnerships with agreed travel industry targets worldwide
Develop and implement a key account management plan for new and existing business
Manage new business from inception to delivery and completion
Manage existing key accounts throughout the UK and overseas
Manage ongoing relationships to ensure longevity and incremental revenue
Attend external meetings, training sessions, managers meetings conferences as and when required.
Assist with reporting and database administration, working closely with our business analysts and customer relations functions
Assist with day to day queries from our operations teams
Agree commercials with new and existing trade partners
Corporate Travel Account Manager Requirements:
Strong travel industry experience with exposure to Business Travel
Must be able to travel throughout the UK and some overseas travel
Proven success in developing accounts to maximise revenue opportunities
Proven experience in identifying and closing sales opportunities
Must have previous experience of client account management
Engaging and positive in manner and outlook.
Commercial astute with excellent analytical skills
Able to be self-sufficient, will be comfortable working in a small company environment.
Fully computer literate.
Excellent inter-personal, written and oral communication skills
Solution driven and able to think outside of the box
Needs to be resilient and tenacious
Self-starter, self-motivated and self-disciplined
Confident and outgoing with good presentation skills for all levels- professional attitude and smart appearance are a pre-requisite.
