LB| Private is our offline bespoke luxury travel service which offers full itinerary planning, advice and bookings for luxury clients looking for “the best of the best” holidays & luxury cruises. As a Luxury Travel Support/Advisor you will be supporting our Travel Designers with their client files, bookings, itineraries and concierge elements to ensure our clients have a great holiday experience. But we also want you to experience managing your own clients from start to finish, by delivering a personal service on a daily basis where your aim will be to inspire and create excitement for the customer by designing a holiday to match their interests, tastes and spend and, of course, created with absolute commitment to quality. Alongside exceptional customer service, you will maintain great relationships with trade partners.
Our desired team member will:
Be passionate and enthusiastic about luxury travel (with first-hand experience of several long-haul and short-haul destinations)
Be able to support our Travel Designers in all administrative aspects of their, often complex, client bookings.
Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail and can not only talk to our clients (and the clients you might bring with you) but listen to them; building a relationship while you build their dream holiday
Have a strong knowledge of the travel industry & experience in selling tailor-made holidays
Be driven to achieve in a sales and service environment
Manage own time effectively; there’s a lot to do before, during and after the customer journey
Be self-motivated and dedicated to follow up on enquiries and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
Be adaptable and flexible – and have some fun along the way
Be a team player and continually strive to improve your own knowledge and skills
