THE JOB


One of the UK’s fastest growing tour operators is recruiting for a PPC Manager, responsible for driving business objectives through its digital marketing channels. Based at its office near Dagenham or at your own home in the south east, it’s a new role, where the PPC Manager will add value to the brand’s already successful digital marketing activity.

The PPC Manager will work with the wider marketing team, including CRM, developers, content, SEO and SMM, and will truly influence the user experience, right from click through. You’ll drive acquisition, optimising costs, while increase call and enquiry volumes for the tour operator sales teams.

 

The PPC Manager is primarily responsible for:

  • Strategic management and optimisation of bid campaigns
  • Reporting, analysing and interpreting paid activity data, including customer behaviour
  • Optimisation of search campaigns across paid and organic sources
  • Development of landing page testing, ensuring them are optimised for PPC
  • Driving lead generation through the development of successful campaigns, resulting in lead generation
  • Create models that improve business metrics, optimising marketing spend
  • Management of budget spend and associated reporting
  • Optimisation of keywords, ad text, position and landing pages based on performance of
    campaigns, while ensure they reach maximum return on investment

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

 

*Experience of building and management paid search campaigns
*PPC marketing exposure within the travel, hospitality or leisure sectors
*Great lead generation skills – online to offline
*Experience of managing PPC campaigns of £1m+ spend
*Great PPC best practice
*Superb Google Analytics and Google 360 knowledge
*Using consumer data for optimisation purposes
*Website A/B split testing knowledge
*Website personalisation
*Use of integrating call tracking tools within PPC campaigns
