New for 2023, we are serving a Spanish-inspired all-vegetarian menu in order to help us reduce the carbon footprint of our event. Guests will be able to opt into a meat-based main course if they prefer – full details are listed below. (Please note, this deadline has now passed). |
Starter: Tapas variadas
Manchego cheese with truffle, spicy Gordal olives, Padron peppers, Navarrico artichoke, pimento, and basil picos
Main: Pimiento con queso de cabra
Smoked paprika-roasted Spanish pepper with Venus black rice and artichoke paella and Musgo Lavado goat’s cheese, served with patatas bravas, saffron pumpkin cream, and wilted garlic cabbage
Pollo con jamón [opt-in meat option]
Supreme of chicken wrapped in Serrano ham, served with garlic patatas bravas, broad bean crush and an Albariño wine-jus
Dessert: Crema catalana
Catalan-inspired cream on a biscuit base, scented with orange and served with a spiced cinnamon compote
