Bringing together a broad mix of high-end suppliers, the show continues to cement its position as a meaningful new event for luxury travel advisors seeking fresh product ideas and meaningful industry relationships.

The exhibitor list now spans tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, destinations and experiential specialists, reflecting the breadth and evolution of the luxury market.

Black Book will take place over two days at the Business Design Centre in London on 21 and 22 October, bringing together 150 luxury travel designers and more than 100 suppliers for two days of pre-scheduled meetings, networking and insight, with travel advisors also hosted across a range of London hotels.

Strong representation across key sectors

Abercrombie & Kent, Captain’s Choice, Carrier, ITC Luxury Travel, G Adventures/The Deluxe Collection, Inside Travel Group, Pure Luxury, Unforgettable Travel Company and Winged Boots headline a strong tour operator line-up, complemented by niche experts and DMCs who will deliver in-depth destination knowledge.

Cruise will reflect the buoyancy of this sector right now, with a mix of luxury brands such as Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Oceania Cruises, Ponant Explorations Group and Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours all exhibiting, alongside expedition specialists Quark Expeditions and Aqua Expeditions. Explora Journeys will also be a key part of Black Book as a Premier Partner for the event, while VIVA Boutique, AMA Waterways, MSC Yacht Club and Virgin Voyages complete the cruise opportunities for advisors to explore at the show.

In the hotel space, a curated collection of luxury properties and brands – including Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Botanico, Hyatt Inclusive Collection, Lanserhof, Lujo Art & Joy Bodrum, Sunlife Resorts, Talking Stick and Zafiro Hotels – will showcase distinctive stays for high-value clients.

Other exciting exhibitors for advisors to build knowledge and relationships with include Black Lane, Parques de Sintra, Rovos Rail Tours and Rolzo.

Destination representatives will take advisors on a fascinating journey around the world, with partners including Brand USA, Tourism Australia, Visit Portugal, Aruba Tourism Authority, Cayman Islands, Turismo de Gran Canaria, British Virgin Islands, Miami Tourism, Catalonia – Catalan Tourist Board, Nassau Paradise Island The Bahamas, and The Palm Beaches, a collection of 39 vibrant coastal towns in Florida, all highlighting global selling opportunities.

Ireland will also have a special focus, with Tourism Ireland attracting a handful of partners to travel to London for the show to meet luxury travel planners.

Switzerland in the spotlight

Another dedicated focus will be Switzerland, with the country set to shine a light on the destination’s growing appeal among luxury travellers.

Exhibitors at Black Book will include Switzerland Tourism, Geneva Tourism, Lake Lucerne Region and Swiss Wine Promotion, who will be joined by travel experiences such as the Bernina Express and Glacier Express, Rail Europe and Switzerland Travel. They will sit alongside leading hotels and collections from the country, such as Bauer au Lac, The Dolder Grand Zurich, Tschuggen Collection, Michel Reybier Hospitality and Sandoz Foundation Hotels.

The spotlight reflects increasing demand for destinations that combine natural beauty, seamless infrastructure and high-end experiences.

We’re also thrilled to be partnering with XO Private, perfect for advisors to uncover unique experiences for clients seeking privacy and exclusivity.”

The dedicated XO Private section will bring together a curated group of high-end, specialist suppliers, including The Retreat at Blue Lagoon, Ayu in the Wild, Collezione EM, Claudia Da Rin Collection Hotels & Yachts, Enigma Peru, Galaxy Cruises, Homanie Luxury Rentals, Intours Maldives and Villa Delight, with Fine Representation and Ca’ Apollonio Heritage, a boutique hotel in the heart of the Venetian foothills, the latest to join the show with XO Private.
