A warm welcome to WTM London to you – our Buyers’ Club members – who play such a vital part in the event’s success. WTM London is the must-attend event where ideas are inspired and contacts are made, with more than 50,000 senior travel professionals expected to visit over three days, including the highest-calibre buyers, 5,000 exhibitors and 3,000 media.
In this special Buyers’ Club Edition of our Official Event Daily, we outline how buyers will be welcomed and supported at this year’s event; catch up with prominent Buyers’ Club members about their 2020 strategies; and also highlight some key emerging trends buyers should have on their radars for 2020 and beyond.
WTM London 2019 is set to be the biggest and most exciting WTM London yet as we celebrate our 40th anniversary. On Wednesday 6 November we invite all visitors and exhibitors to join us to help celebrate 40 successful years of WTM London, with destination festivals taking place on stands as usual, alongside events on the new Inspiration Zones.
Building on the hugely successful theme “Ideas Arrive Here”, we are expanding this concept for 2019 with the introduction of our three new principles: Innovative Perspectives; New Possibilities; and Inspiring Fresh Thinking into all aspects of the programme.
Each year, the WTM London community grows and, for our 40th anniversary, we predict we will beat last year’s huge £3.4 billion generated from industry deals.
