And while the landscape of travel retailing has undeniably changed since then, what hasn’t altered is the incredible service and added value the best agents in the business continue to deliver, thereby winning lifelong loyal customers.
TTG’s Top 50 Travel Agencies initiative was launched at the end of 2015 with the aim of shining a light on the agencies that go the furthest for their customers and run their businesses the most innovatively.
We launched the new programme with modest expectations but were overwhelmed to have 500 stores and agencies come forward to be considered.
The TTG team has had an incredible few months meeting and interviewing all the shortlisted agencies, and we’re now more convinced than ever that good travel agents have a bright future ahead of them, whatever challenges might come their way.
We’re very excited to see how the initiative will grow in year two and beyond. But for now, we’re thrilled to bring you this: our first ever TTG Top 50 Travel Agencies brochure, which profiles the 50 agencies we believe to be the very best in the UK and Ireland today.
