If we were pleased by the response to the TTG Top 50 initiative in year one – when nearly 500 agencies and branches put themselves forward to be considered for the list – then we were entirely blown away by the response in year two.
More than 950 stores and agencies in the UK and Ireland registered to take part for 2017, which certainly meant the suppliers who rated them had to work hard. But it also means TTG’s Top 50 scheme has touched more high street stores, more homeworkers and more call centre-based businesses than any other agent recognition scheme in the industry.
As our journalists and sponsors scoured the nation, visiting local branches and video-interviewing nationwide companies, we were excited to meet lots of new contenders, engaging with the scheme for the first time.
But it was also impressive to see how those that earned a place in our 2016 list have been inspired and motivated by their win to drive their businesses forward, and to hear of the impact that being a TTG Top 50 agency has had on sales.
With twice the number of entrants this year, it was even harder for agencies to earn a place in the final, so all 90 of the branches and companies featured in this shortlist magazine have already achieved something incredible.
