On September 17, 2018, the great and good of the travel industry will descend upon London’s West End to celebrate the very best agents and suppliers in the business.
With the ceremony taking place once again at the Lyceum Theatre – home to The Lion King – and after-party over the road at The Savoy, it is guaranteed to be the most glamorous night on the travel industry calendar.
But September 17 is not just about posh frocks and champagne (though we very much encourage lots of both). It’s also an opportunity to recognise the companies and individuals that have done more than any other in the past 12 months to innovate, to serve their customers, and grow their businesses. And thanks to our unique awards process, anyone who takes home a TTG on September 17 can be sure that they truly are best in class.
As ever, we’ve developed and improved our awards this year to make them more relevant than ever, including redesigning the agent entry forms to make it easier to enter. We’ve also introduced a new and very popular category for Manager of the Year, to recognise store managers or team managers within call centres who have steered their sales team to an outstanding performance.
