Welcome to the third and final day of WTM London 2016. The highlight of today’s programme is the UNWTO & WTM Ministers’ Summit, which takes place at the WTM Global Stage (AS950) at 11am. The summit is focusing on arguably the key issue for the travel industry: security, and promoting safe and seamless travel.
The WTM Bloggers’ Speed Networking is now in its third year and has grown in size each time. The role of bloggers and digital influencers in the researching and booking of holidays is increasing and WTM London is seeing a huge growth in bloggers attending the event. Meet them at 10am (Platinum Suite 3 & 4).
Meanwhile, check out the WTM Inspire Theatre all afternoon, with its focus on technology and digital influencers.
WTM London is also delighted to support the TTG 30 Under 30 initiative and hear the stories of some of the future leaders at 11am (South Gallery 15 & 16). We have a host of sessions from some of the leading research companies including Euromonitor International and Neilsen, and this afternoon sees Mintel discuss research looking at the impact of Brexit (Platinum Suite 1) at 2pm.
Finally, I hope you have all had a successful and prosperous show. I look forward to seeing you again at one of the WTM 2017 events: WTM Latin America (April 4-6); WTM Africa (April 19-21); Arabian Travel Market (April 24-27); and WTM Connect Asia (May 17-19). And of course back here next year for WTM London 2017 (November 6-8).
