Play time
A-Rosa River Cruises has revealed details of its family cabins that will debut on its new E-Motion ship, scheduled for delivery in spring 2021.
The cabins will sleep up to five, with a play area and toy box filled with age-appropriate toys.
In the Nicko time
Light Blue Travels now markets German operator Nicko’s riverboats in the UK for trade sales.
The Beautiful Danube cruise is priced from £1,595pp including flights from London, all meals and unlimited drinks and four guided excursions.

All that jazz
American Cruise Lines’ third ship, American Jazz, will begin cruising the Mississippi in 2020.
Once complete, the ship will feature 100 staterooms, a casual dining venue called The Back Porch Cafe and a putting green.
Drink up
Emerald Waterways will launch cruises for foodie and wine enthusiasts in 2020.
Its Flavours of Burgundy and Provence river cruise begins in Lyon, and includes truffle hunting. Priced from £2,120pp for 8 August 2020 departure.
Lucky seven
AmaWaterways has launched its 2021 programme, featuring new seven-night cruise itineraries.
The Rhine and Moselle Splendours cruise from Luxembourg to Basel is priced from £1,535pp including flights. Departs 16 November 2021.
River dance
Shearings Holidays has introduced a new Anniversary Waltz cruise for 2020, which travels to and from Cologne and calls at Koblenz, Cochem, Traben-Trarbach, Zell and Alken.
Priced from £999pp for a 10-day holiday.
Asian extravaganza
The River Cruise Line’s new Mekong itinerary is priced from £2,795pp based on two sharing, including flights, hotel accommodation in Siem Reap, excursions and transfers.
Departing on 24 October and 25 November 2020.
European gems
APT will launch its Essential European Gems itinerary on its new Travelmarvel Polaris ship, priced at £1,800pp.
It will feature three dining areas, while the pub-style McGeary’s Bar will screen key sporting events such as Euro 2020.
