The conference is designed to educate and inform those wanting to market and sell to the LGBT sector.
New sessions in 2017 included marketing tips; case studies from other businesses who have got it right – and how; an overview of the LGBT market; who the LGBT customer is in 2017 and what they want from their travel agent and holiday; as well as a keynote speaker.
The conference also featured tips from other businesses outside travel who have altered their marketing to make it more inclusive and reflective of modern Britain – and the results they have seen from this. Delegates will then be able to put into practice what they have learned later in the day during an activity session.
