Now in its third year, the conference is designed to educate and inform those wanting to market and sell to the LGBT sector.
New sessions this year will include marketing tips; case studies from other businesses who have got it right – and how; an overview of the LGBT market; who the LGBT customer is in 2017 and what they want from their travel agent and holiday; as well as a keynote speaker.
The conference will also feature tips from other businesses outside travel who have altered their marketing to make it more inclusive and reflective of modern Britain – and the results they have seen from this. Delegates will then be able to put into practice what they have learned later in the day during an activity session.
Also new for 2017 is the LGBT Marketplace – a chance for specialist suppliers to network and discuss their product with delegates.
The day will begin at 8.45, with breakfast and registration, with the conference opening at 9.15am. It will also include lunch and coffee and cake breaks.
