Wendy Wu to operate solar eclipse tour
Wendy Wu Tours is running a one-off tour based to see the total solar eclipse in South America in July 2019.
The 17-day itinerary, priced from £5,990pp, visits Rio de Janeiro, Iguazu Falls, Buenos Aires, Valparaiso, Santiago and Machu Picchu.
Wendy Wu has also chartered a private aircraft to fly from Santiago to La Serena where guests will view the eclipse on July 2.
Astronomer Dr Stuart Clark will be accompanying the group during the eclipse day to offer his expertise.

The operator is also offering one-way business class upgrades for £99pp to China and Japan for bookings made before January 20.
