Anatolian Sky Holidays managing director and owner Akin Koc has launched a new tour operator.
Akin Koc ran Turkey specialist Alatonian Sky for more than 20 years before it collapsed in July last year.
In an open letter to customers at the time, Koc confirmed that political instability and terrorist attacks in Turkey had triggered the company’s downfall.
Now, he has launched a luxury specialist called Diamond Sky Holidays.

It is also planning to expand to the long-haul market, including safari holidays in Tanzania, South Africa and Kenya; Mauritius; Sri Lanka; the Maldives; the Seychelles; and Cuba.
In a statement on his website, which is now live, Koc said: “Whilst running my previous company Anatolian Sky for 26 years, I personally inspected all products, ensuring the quality of the every aspect.
“For Diamond Sky I have selected only the finest of those collections with unique products.
“As a small family run company we take pride in being able to offer a truly personalised service and we pay attention to the smallest of details.”
