Luxury tour operator Carrier is to move to new offices in Manchester later this year.
Carrier, which is part of DER Touristik Group, will move its 70 employees from its current base in Cheadle to One Didsbury Point in Manchester by December 4.
The move will not affect Carrier’s retail shop, Carrier Travel, which will continue to operate from its current location in Alderley Edge, Cheshire.
Mark Duguid, Carrier’s managing director, said: “The relocation to Didsbury is the culmination of an exciting year for Carrier and heralds further progression for the company.
“We’re looking forward to creating a new home which better reflects our incredible brand. From the outset, our staff will be participating via ongoing forums where they can share feedback, ideas and requirements for the new space, as it’s crucial that everyone feels involved in this move.”
Investment in Carrier’s new office and IT systems is designed to allow the operator to make “better progress with any future plans for growth and development”.
