If Only has restructured its sales team, with Neil Sealy named as head of sales and Dominic Carrick, head of partnerships.
The changes will take place with immediate effect.
The pair, who were previously both business development managers, will continue to be responsible for their own geographic regions, and will be supported by a new yet to be recruited sales executive.
Speaking today, Brendan Maguire, managing director and founder of If Only said: “Until now our business development managers have reported directly to me, but as we continue to grow I have recognised the need for a head of sales to be more hands-on in supporting this team of highly motivated individuals.
I couldn’t think of a more suitable candidate than Neil, who will bring his industry-wide experience, his reputation and his excellent people skills to this role.”
‘’At the same time, I saw in this restructure, the opportunity to deliver on our wish for a more strategic approach to travel agency groups. As head of partnerships, Dominic will grow and develop our relationships with major agency groups and oversee and support the business development managers’ approach in building mutually beneficial business with these key clients in each region of the UK and Ireland.
“…We are also now looking to recruit a new sales executive and see this as an ideal role for someone already in the industry who might be looking for their first on-the-road sales position.”
