Kosmar has made two key staff changes to support plans to reach 250 Tailor Made Experts by the end of 2023.
The operator and online agent has appointed existing employees Hayley Jones and Louise Goodlad as recruitment and training managers to grow its homeworking division.
The expansion programme will start in early 2021 and focus on “a small, yet highly profitable part of the business”.
Managing director Jhy Worsnop-Hesford said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to see Hayley and Louise will be responsible for recruiting and training our new Tailor Made Experts.
“Both are successful homeworkers with us and harbour a wealth of experience. I’ll be working closely with Louise, Hayley and the support team to make sure we deliver the best possible service for our Tailor Made Experts.”
Kosmar currently offers a single homeworking package for agents with a proven track record. The new strategy will see three new packages introduced, tailored to different homeworking needs.
“One of these new packages will see the conception of a training academy that will deliver an in-depth learning programme for new recruits without the usual experience that comes with travel homeworking,” Worsnop-Hesford said.
Benefits currently offered – including 85% commission on profits made, access to “hundreds” of suppliers and 24-hour duty office – would be maintained, he said.
