The course features five modules covering subjects such as A-Rosa’s history, the brand’s key USPs, plus the advantages of river cruising and information about its fleet, itineraries and destinations.
Agents must answer a series of questions at the end of each module before moving on to the next one.
The final module gives details on A-Rosa’s tour operator partners including Newmarket Holidays, Shearings Holidays, Saga and Titan.
When agents have completed all five modules, they become an A-Rosa Expert.
A-Rosa will enter every agent who completes the course into a prize draw to win a five-night cruise on the Seine for two people, as well as two places on an educational.
Every agent who completes the course between 11 and 20 June will be entered into a daily draw to win a £40 voucher of their choice.
