AccorHotels is furthering its moves into the luxury private rental accommodation market with the acquisition of Travel Keys.
The hotel group has entered into exclusive negotiations to buy the entire company with the deal expected to close in Q2 2017, due diligence allowing.
Travel Keys was is a travel broker representing more than 5,000 villas in more than 100 destinations around the world.
Providing the deal is successful the brand would join onefinestay and Squarebreak in AccorHotels’ portfolio and giving it a total of about 8,500 properties.
