Australia has extended its effective cruise ban until mid-September owing to the coronavirus crisis.
Ships capable of carrying more than 100 passengers will be barred from porting until 17 September.
The country first introduced restrictions on cruising on 27 March. This was extended on 15 May through to 17 June and has now been pushed back a further three months.
The restrictions include direct arrivals and round-trip cruises.
"The Australian Border Force has been in constant contact with the cruise industry, which has been cooperative and understands the government’s overwhelming priority to ensure the health and safety of the broader Australian community," said the country’s border force in a statement.
Several Australian states have shut their borders to limit the spread of coronavirus.
New Zealand’s cruise ship ban currently runs until 30 June.
