British Airways drops two routes to Norway

British Airways is to axe routes from Heathrow to Stavanger and Bergen from late October.

Both short-haul routes currently operate on a daily basis with the final flights due to operate on October 28.

“We have taken the decision to suspend flights to Bergen and Stavanger in Norway as both routes are no longer commercially viable,” said BA in a statement:

“Any customer with a booking on those routes after this date [October 28] will be offered a full refund, the chance to move their booking to an earlier date or to re-book with another airline.

“We are sorry for any issues that this decision may cause to our customers’ travel plans.”
