A solicitors firm specialising in flight delay compensation has launched a new affiliate website for online and high street travel agents.
The site from Fairplane UK allows travel agents to register for free, which gives them access to a range of online banners and other tools.
These adverts are then placed on an agent’s website and if a customer clicks through and makes a successful claim for delayed flight compensation, the agent will receive commission.
Fairplane is also offering a white-label service for agents, enabling them to place their own branding onto the adverts.
Daniel Morris, director of Fairplane UK, said: “We have worked very successfully with large travel agents but wish to offer the same customer solutions for high street firms.
“Our Fairplane Affiliate Partner site enables travel agents to provide a way for customers affected by delayed flights to obtain compensation and also generate additional income.
“Hopefully this will help drive customers back to high street travel agents as the forum for a more personalised and caring customer experience.”
Morris added: "We believe our partner scheme will further demonstrate our commitment to the travel agent market, which we will support later on in the year with our ‘go and ask your travel agent’ promotion.”
