Online reviews site Feefo has won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the innovation category.
Feefo, which is widely used by travel companies including online travel giant Expedia, now has more than 3,000 customers using its customer feedback platform.
Andrew Mabbutt, Feefo chief executive and co-founder, said the company was “thrilled and honoured” to receive the Queen’s Award.
“Both myself and fellow founder, Matt Eames, would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire Feefo team, and our fantastic clients, for helping contribute towards this incredible achievement in our short seven years,” added Mabbutt.
“The strength of our innovation and technology has helped reinforce our ambition to be the most trusted global reviews and insights company.”
Feefo, which was founded by in 2010, has its headquarters in Petersfield, Hampshire, as well as offices in the US and Australia.
Both Mabbutt and Eames will attend a special awards reception at Buckingham Palace this summer.
