EasyJet is expanding its operations at Stansted by introducing flights to the Greek island of Zakynthos (Zante).
The new service will operate weekly on Saturdays from May 28, 2016 and takes the number of routes offered by easyJet from the Essex airport up to 25 for this summer.
EasyJet commercial manager Neil Slaven said: “Zakynthos is widely renowned for its great beaches which combined with small harbour towns make it a great summer holiday destination for families but with plenty of vibrant night life available for those who seek it.
“Our Greek routes are proving extremely popular for those who wish to get some easy and affordable summer sun, and we’re sure that our new route will be no exception.”
EasyJet, which is based at Luton airport, will base seven aircraft at Stansted for the summer 2016 schedule.
