Former Tui Travel digital marketing boss Daniel Robb has joined Nick Longman at long-haul specialist Audley Travel.
The pair worked together at Tui for nearly two years before Robb moved on to RentalCars.com in February 2016.
Longman, who went on to head up Tui UK and Ireland, joined Audley as chief operating officer back in September last year.
Robb announced his appointment as chief marketing officer at Audley in a LinkedIn post on Tuesday (14 May), which Audley confirmed to TTG on Thursday (16 April). He replaces director of digital and marketing Loic Robertson, who will leave the business this month.
“It’s an exciting time for the business with new launches planned and a great portfolio of product to promote," said Robb. "I’m looking forward to taking on and further developing the marketing strategy for Audley’s tailor-made offering.”
His career dates back to a stint with Teletext Holidays before a lengthy spell at Google, latterly working on the search giant’s travel team.
He moved onto Tui in July 2014 as director of digital marketing before CMO roles with RentalCars and BookingGo before his recent move to Audley.
Longman, meanwhile, joined Audley in September last year after announcing in February 2018 he would be leaving Tui after 20 years with the operator.
Audley has benefited in recent years from investment from private equity backer 3i.
