Flybe customers will now be able to part-pay for a one-way flight with Avios points.
A new deal means 1,500 Avios points can secure a discount of £7.50 while up to 4,500 can be used to get a reduction of £22.50.
Customers will still be able to collect Avios points on their booked flights too with up to four points available for each pound spent, excluding taxes.
They can also be collected when flying with Flybe’s franchise partners, Loganair and Blue Islands, and they can be spent on Loganair, Blue Islands and Stobart Air.
Amy Valcik, Flybe chief sales and marketing officer, said: “We are thrilled to be expanding our loyalty partnership with Avios in giving our passengers not only better value but also greater flexibility in how they can pay when travelling with Flybe.
“With the ability to not only earn Avios with every flight but also now to purchase flights at flybe.com and partially pay with Avios, customers can save a bit of extra cash to spend onboard with Cafe Flybe or at their destination.”
