With flights set to peak on Friday (19 July), the campaign is reminding passengers to drink responsibly before their journeys to avoid the serious consequences of, and penalties for, disruptive behaviour.
More than 8,800 flights will travel through UK airspace on Friday as the summer getaway gets under way.
Bournemouth, Exeter, Norwich and Doncaster Sheffield airports are the latest to sign up to the campaign, which was launched last year and now boasts 18 participants.
Passengers travelling via supporting airports will see warnings about disruptive behaviour on digital displays, in food and drink outlets, and via targeted social media posts.
Messages reiterate the consequences of disruptive behaviour, such as being denied boarding, fines of up to £80,000 and potentially jail.
One Too Many claims the campaign reached more than eight million passengers across Snapchat, Facebook and Instagram last year.
And since a relaunch six weeks ago, One Too Many claims to have reached a further 2.4 million passengers via Facebook and more than 65,000 on Snapchat ahead of the summer getaway.
The campaign says many airports are now using One Too Many in conjunction with their own initiatives to mitigate disruptive passenger incidents.
A number of airlines, most notably Ryanair and Jet2.com, have called for action on pre-flight drinking, particularly during early morning flying hours.
