Holland America Line has expanded its 2024 European programme with more longer itineraries and new departure ports.
The line said the intervention was "the biggest refresh" of its schedule in the region "in a long time", one that will see it add several new itineraries combining regions.
It will also offer additional 14-day or longer itineraries, including dozens of "unique itineraries". Pinnacle-class ships Nieuw Statendam and Rotterdam will sail many of these new departures between April and November, which range from seven to 35 days.
Along with Oosterdam and Zuiderdam, HAL will station four ships in Europe in summer 2024, utilising nine overnight ports and offering 33 late-night city departures to maximise shore time.
The programme will span the Baltics, British Isles, Canary Islands, French and Spanish rivieras, Israel, the Mediterranean, and Northern Europe, including Iceland, Greenland and Norway.
"Holland America Line’s 2024 European season is the biggest refresh we’ve done in the region in a long time, and we’re excited to feature new itineraries, more voyages that are 14 and 21 days, different departure cities and unique country combinations," said HAL chief commercial officer Beth Bodensteiner.
"We’re also returning to the Canary Islands and Bermuda, and, of course, we’re back in the Med visiting everywhere from Spain to Turkey. Holland America Line’s 2024 season is the most diverse we’ve ever offered."
