JG Travel Group has added extra pick-up points on hundreds of tours across its Just Go! Holidays and National Holidays brands.
The group said the move would give agents more opportunities to sell the two brands by allowing them to offer more local departures. In some areas, the number of tours available from certain pick-up points has more than doubled, JG claims.
JG commercial director Matthew Herbert said the decision had come in response to demand from agents and their clients, and that he hoped the move would help agents boost sales.
“Offering a greater number of pick-up points on each tour is something both agents and their customers have been asking for, and I’m delighted that we can now offer this," he said.
"This means we have many more holidays departing from all around the country. We are seeing huge demand for our coach tours this year, and by widening the number of points at which customers can join a certain tour, agents have a real opportunity to maximise sales from their local area."
Herbert added the group was continuing to add new product all the time. "Agents should ensure they are up to speed on all the tours that are now available from their local area.
"Our dedicated agents Facebook group offers all the latest information, while our trade sales manager Claire Dutton is working hard to keep the trade constantly updated.”
Agents can explore tours relevant to their clients departing JG’s new pick-up points by using the "set post code" option at the top of the Just Go! website or the drop-down search boxes on the National Holidays homepage.
