Former On the Beach director Johnny Pollard will stand trial next year charged with more than 20 counts of fraud.
Last month, Pollard, 47, denied 22 counts of fraud by false representation during a hearing at Manchester Crown Court.
He will now stand trial next May. The trial is scheduled to begin on 18 May and is estimated to last about 14 days, a court official told TTG.
Pollard was released on unconditional bail, pending the trial, following a plea and trial preparation hearing earlier this month.
Pollard, of Harold Road, Prestwich, joined Bookable Holidays in 2011 following a stint as commercial director at On the Beach.
He also previously served on Abta’s membership committee.
