The excursions, spanning Croatia, France, Greece, Monaco, Montenegro, Ireland, Italy, Spain and the UK, will debut exclusively for guests sailing on the inaugural 2020 season of Seven Seas Splendor before rolling out to all Regent ships sailing Europe from 2021.
“We collaborated with the best local tour operators in the region to curate unique experiences for guests sailing on Seven Seas Splendor’s inaugural season,” said Jason Montague, president and chief executive of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
“Many are being offered for the first time by our tour operator partners and are new for luxury travellers.”
Nearly half of the experiences are included in Regent’s Free Unlimited Shore Excursions programme.
Elsewhere, Regent has unveiled Seven Seas Navigator following its two-week refurbishment – its first since 2016.
Notable enhancements to the 490-guest all-suite ship include the reimagining of American steakhouse Prime 7 and new furnishings in the Navigator Lounge, while new carpeting and sleek metal have been added to the staircases to create a “distinctive, contemporary design”.
The spa has also been updated with new tiling and lighting, and guest suites now include additional storage space as well as fresh upholstery. The private balconies have seen teak wood added.
Regent has invested more than $150 million refurbishing and modernising its fleet.
