Inaugural calls at New Guinea, Doha, more round-the-world itineraries and details of the new All Exclusive brand are among Crystal Cruises’ 2017/18 highlights.
Crystal’s 2017-2018 Worldwide Cruise Atlas includes the 109 itineraries with visits to 116 countries and 469 ports of call. The 240-page brochure features Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity plus the company’s new All Exclusive brand.
This encompasses Crystal Yacht Cruises, Crystal River Cruises, Crystal Luxury Air and Crystal Residences aboard the new Exclusive Class ships debuting in 2018. The company claims this is “the most significant brand expansion in luxury travel history”.
Edie Rodriguez, Crystal’s president and chief executive said: “All Exclusive embodies the uniquely rewarding experiences guests can enjoy when travelling with us anywhere in the world, from the inclusive Michelin-level cuisine, premium wine and spirits and spectacular entertainment, to the enriching adventures ashore.”
The 2017/2018 main selection includes 57 maiden calls, with the line’s debut in the Pacific country of New Guinea. Crystal also plans to be among the first cruise lines to visit Doha, the Qatar capital, in 2017. Next year will also see Crystal offer a second 32-night Northwest Passage cruise due to “overwhelming demand in 2016”.
Other highlights include Midsummer’s Eve in Stockholm and itineraries featuring the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. Plans for 2018 include the chance to mix and match 14 itineraries on Crystal Symphony and Serenity to make four different world cruises.
In addition, two New Year’s Eve voyages involve a round-trip to Hawaii from Los Angeles and a Creole & Caribbean Celebration from New Orleans.
