The Travel Network Group has taken on a technology consultant to help it transform its offering in the year ahead.
“Our strategy for the future will require input and guidance from experts across many areas, including technology and process management,” said chief executive Gary Lewis at the group’s conference in Budapest.
A new technology platform will be rolled out and the group is also looking at ways it can streamline its core processes to “ensure maximum efficiency”, particularly for marketing and Cruise Club.
It follows Lewis’s announcement this morning of a new senior team structure.
