Norwegian Air has revealed expansion of its budget US flights, including frequency increases in some routes that have not yet started.
Routesonline reports that Norwegian’s Gatwick-Chicago flight, which launches in March, and which was due to operate four times a week, is now listed as daily. Gatwick-Los Angeles, which is currently daily, will fly nine times a week next summer.
The carrier is also increasing frequencies on some of its flights from Edinburgh and Ireland.
Edinburgh to Boston Providence, currently four times a week, will move to six flights a week from March 25 next year.
Flights from Dublin to Stewart airport in New York state will increase from five a week to daily and Shannon-Stewart will get an extra frequency, moving to three a week.
