Ritz-Carlton is set to open its first Australian property in Perth this November.
The hotel, located alongside the Swan river, will feature around 10,000 pieces of Kimberley sandstone on its exterior and lobby.
Ritz-Carlton, which is one of Marriott International’s 30-plus brands, is due to open the Perth hotel on 15 November offering 205 rooms, including 18 suites, overlooking the river, parklands or skyline of the Western Australian gateway.
The property will also feature a “signature” restaurant, rooftop bar, outdoor heated infinity pool and the Ritz-Carlton Spa offering three treatments rooms and one spa suite.
GOCO Hospitality has worked on the concept and design of the property’s spa.
Ingo Schweder, founder and chief executive of GOCO Hospitality, added: “ By marrying local and natural elements with exclusive wellness treatments, the Ritz-Carlton Spa taps into the true energy of the locale.”
