Silversea has announced a new chief executive, replacing Enzo Visone.
Roberto Martinoli will take up the role from September 19.
He has been a board member of the line since 2013, and has had an “extensive, and successful career in the cruise and shipping industry”, the line said.

I am certain that he will be instrumental in pushing Silversea Cruises to consistently deliver unrivalled levels of luxury, service and business performance,” said

Based in the company’s headquarters in Monaco, he will report directly to Manfredi Lefebvre d’Ovidio, executive chairman of Silversea Cruises.
