The Travel Network Group launches online services package for members

The Travel Network Group is launching a new website and online content support service for members to help them establish and maintain a more effective online presence.

Travel Network Group launches online services package for members

Online Services will showcase exclusive web products and services, and will act as a portal where members can get advice and guidance on hosting their own websites.

The service will be available from £20 a month after an initial £249 set up fee. Members will get their own website, access to four online seminars and webinars throughput the year.

Other features include online support manuals, pay per click (PPC) advertising with Google and search engine optimisation (SEO) tools, Monday to Friday and emergency call centre support and website health check reports.

Si Morris-Green, TTNG group marketing director, said: “Providing an online facility is often daunting and challenging for members and research undertaken by our marketing team has shown many members continue to need help and guidance when it comes to managing their websites.

“In response to this, we will now be offering a brand new service to members, giving them the opportunity to purchase a new website and receive ongoing help, support and guidance.”

Morris-Green said a high quality website was often key to gaining an “all-important competitive advantage” over rivals as consumers increasingly seek web solutions over in-store solutions.

“We have found that while many of our members do have an online proposition, many don’t and don’t always have the time or budget to develop their own,” said Morris-Green.

Of the new tools, Morris-Green added: “Members’ businesses will gain more credibility, because if they’re not set up properly online prospective customers will go elsewhere, and their customers can be more easily kept informed of their business and offers by live feeds - it can be the online brochure rack and brand differentiator all in one.

“Setting up and building websites will just be the start. Once a member’s website is fully established we will be on-hand to support them every step of the way with SEO and PPC support and further webinars, seminars and of course the support centre. We have also put together three categories of website plan to choose from, with online solutions to suit members and their business.”

“Our business strategy is all about helping members grow and develop their business. We believe that this new service sits at the heart of this proposition and will help them to strengthen and build on their online customer offering significantly.”
