Thomas Cook will open a second Casa Cook-branded hotel next July in Kos.
The operator says the move to open the hotel in the town of Marmari follows the success of Casa Cook Rhodes, which opened in May.
The newly-built 100-room hotel will offer double rooms and suites as well as two-bedroom villa suites with their own private pools.
There will be sport and well-being facilities including yoga classes, a state-of-the-art gym, hammam and massages.
A new concept, the Casa Cook Beach Club, will offer guests and non-hotel guests locally-inspired dishes and live music from a resident DJ.
Remo Masala, group creative director, Thomas Cook, said: “We designed the Casa Cook concept to appeal to travellers who perhaps thought a package holiday wasn’t for them – for those who want a unique experience.
“In just one season, our first Casa Cook in Rhodes has shown us the size of opportunity.
“We’re delighted to be able to build on this success with the launch of a new Casa Cook in Kos.”
The Casa Cook concept was introduced with the aim of attracting a new generation of customers to Thomas Cook.
Since opening in May 2016, 90% of customers who stayed at Casa Cook Rhodes have been new to Thomas Cook.
In the UK, Casa Cook Kos will be available to book this autumn for holidays from July 2017 with prices starting from £525 per person for a week-long stay on a bed and breakfast board basis.
