Planet Cruise is looking to expand its business with plans to recruit at least 20 new employees.
The new recruits will work across several departments of the agency including customer care, web development, commercial and marketing.
The Portsmouth-based company currently has 75 employees, but said it needed to add the new employees as it seeks to grow the business.
It is offering the new staff uncapped commission and holiday pay based on commission earnings.
Fiona Emery, HR manager of Planet Cruise said: “We are currently experiencing such growth that we need to recruit in many areas of the business. Planet Cruise offers a fantastic working environment and all of our new staff take part in a comprehensive induction programme which runs over six months and this includes both in-house system training and webinars for our homeworkers.
“We have a large office space in Quay Point and we are focusing our efforts on building on our already successful business here is Portsmouth, by recruiting more talent from the local area.”
