Also now joining the conference is Jenni Benzaquen, vice-president luxury brands Europe for Marriott International.

She joins a list of leading names at the event including Tim Davis, vice-president brand and marketing for Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH). Davis has been responsible for turning the brand’s image around in recent years, introducing its new logo and strapline “Independently Minded”.

Joining the event is journalist and editor Juliet Kinsman, who helped lead the creative and editorial direction of Mr & Mrs Smith for many years, while Inge Moore, co-founder of interior design firm Muza Lab, will discuss hotel design trends.

Alongside these speakers will be Barbara Muckermann, chief marketing officer for Silversea Cruises. She joined the company in February and reports to chairman Manfredi Lefebvre d’Ovidio on strategic and brand initiatives.

Covering changing trends in marketing and the growth in digital influencers will be Graham Painter, founder of Cream, a marketing agency specialising in luxury.

Also covering digital tactics will be Seb Fallert, UK managing director for Secret Escapes, which offers flash sales on four and five-star hotels and has 42 million members globally. Zero Zero One Travel founder Albert Oliver will share his experiences as a luxury travel agent.

Speaking on eco-travel trends will be Holly Tuppen, sector specialist and co-founder (with Juliet Kinsman) of Bouteco, a new platform that highlights hotels that do good and acts as a consultancy to help hotels to become more sustainable and communicate their efforts in an inspiring way.

Editor of ttgluxury April Hutchinson said: “With their depth of experience, these panellists will bring a host of insight into what it takes to operate at the top level of luxury travel and help unpick our topic for the conference this year – Luxury Travel: Change and Challenge.”
