Staff from Thomas Cook’s retail, contact centre and customer service teams took part in a charity walk around London to mark the end of the company’s Monopoly Challenge charity initiative, which raised more than £35,000 for the Thomas Cook Children’s Charity across the company over three weeks.

Agents from the West Country got in the party spirit during a dinner onboard the Lady Sandals yacht, which is touring the UK to promote Sandals and Beaches resorts in the Caribbean. Sandals hosted 50 agents in Bristol for drinks, dinner and an update on the company’s properties.
Luxury tour operator Caribtours rewarded its best-performing agents at its annual gala dinner at London’s iconic Claridges hotel. The company also used the grand occasion to launch its latest brochure collection, which includes Caribtours’ biggest ever agent incentive offering shopping vouchers and a holiday to Saint Lucia.
Agents successfully climbed over London’s O2 arena as part of an event organised by the Aspen Snowmass ski resort in Colorado. After their Up at The O2 experience, they enjoyed a meal and quiz based on the resort’s online training system.
