The cruise specialist polled more than 500 customers, with 34% 'likely' to join a wellness specific sailing.

'Spa and thermal experiences' were the preferred onboard activity, with 23% of respondents stating they would most like to see these facilities on a cruise. 'Yoga or Pilates' came in next at 14%, with 'nutrition and healthy cooking workshops' just behind on 13%.

Meanwhile, 46% of customers look to use the onboard gym at least once when on a holiday at sea, while 7.5% said they take advantage of the gym on a 'regular' basis.
