Forte Village, the award-winning resort on Sardinia’s southern coast, is once again bringing together some of Italy’s best culinary talent for its annual Celebrity Chef Nights programme.
Running throughout the summer, the long-standing series has been a highlight of the resort’s culinary calendar since 2009. Hosted on the Terrazza overlooking Forte Bay, the dinners offer guests the opportunity to experience Michelin-starred cuisine in an intimate setting, with each chef personally leading the evening.
Guests can expect not only signature dishes but also the chance to hear directly from the chefs themselves, who cook, host and interact with diners throughout the event.
This year’s line-up features some of the biggest names in Italian gastronomy, with each menu reflecting the individual style, creativity and culinary philosophy of the chef behind it.
The 2026 Celebrity Chef Nights schedule includes:
• Fabio Pisani of two-Michelin-starred Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia on 1 July
• Giuseppe Mancino of two-Michelin-starred Il Piccolo Principe on 6 and 7 July
• Max Mascia of the renowned San Domenico restaurant on 9 and 10 July
• Andrea Berton of Michelin-starred Ristorante Berton on 16 July, 21 August and 26 August
Alongside the wider programme, 0n 4 July, Michelin-starred chef Carlo Cracco returns to the resort to reopen Cracco Restaurant, this year joined by long-time friend and fellow Michelin-starred chef Matteo Baronetto. Together, they will present a special menu combining technical expertise, creativity and exceptional Italian ingredients.
The resort is also expanding its international culinary portfolio with the launch of MU Dim Sum on 4 July. The new contemporary Chinese restaurant will be led by executive chef Bryan Hooi Mun Chung and will focus on refined Cantonese cuisine designed for sharing.
Guests can look forward to a menu featuring handcrafted dim sum, premium seafood dishes and an immersive multi-course Peking Duck experience, adding a new dimension to Forte Village’s already diverse dining scene.
