This privacy notice sets out how TTG Media collects and uses your personal data through your use of this website or interact with us.
1 Who we are
We are TTG Media Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 08723341 (“we”, “us”, “our”)
We are also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office with registration number A8369782. This registration covers the uses of personal data set out below.
2 The types of personal data we collect about you
Personal data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
- Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier
- Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
- Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details, whether you are a tax payer, details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us. - Technical Data includes internet protocol address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, device ID and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
- Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
- Usage Data includes information about how you interact with and use our website, products and services.
- Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.
We also collect, use and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data which is not personal data as it does not directly (or indirectly) reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate individuals' Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature in order to analyse general trends in how users are interacting with our website to help improve the website and our service offering.
3 How we collect and use your personal data and why
We may need to collect personal data about you, and there are different ways that we might do so; this privacy notice tells you what to expect when we collect personal data on:

- anyone who creates an account or makes a purchase through our website;

Under data protection legislation we are only permitted to use your personal data if we have a legal basis for doing so as set out in the data protection legislation.

- It is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
3(a) Visitors to our website
To administer and protect our business and this website we may collect your Contact, Profile, Technical, and Usage Data, this is necessary for our legitimate interests for running our business, improving our website, and network security.
Our website is administrated by Full Fat Things. As part of the service provided by Full Fat Things, they will help to maintain the security and the performance of our website by: (i) protecting user connections; (ii) using third party scanning services to scan against known web attacks; (iii) investigating site errors; and (iv) providing secure hosting services.

Third party services
We have YouTube video content embedded on our website. YouTube controls any information that is collected by viewing their content. YouTube's privacy policy can be located at www.google.co.uk/intl/en-GB/policies/privacy/.
3(b) Social media
Our website contains links to our social media pages. Any personal data you provide to us via social media (including messaging, "liking", "following" and other communications) is subject to the social media network.
We recommend that you read their privacy notices and contact them directly if you have any concerns regarding their use of your personal data.
3(c) Contacting us
Our website provides you with different ways to contact us.
Please note, however, that email monitoring or blocking software may also be used and that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send to us is within the bounds of the law.
To communicate with you, we collect Identity, Contact, and Profile Data about you that we require in our legitimate interest.
Any personal data that is provided in and during communications with us is used only for the purpose of reviewing the communications and conducting the ongoing administration and management of communications. We will not use your personal data in an identifiable manner in any publication without your further explicit consent.
Please note that we may need to contact you about your enquiry through email or telephone. Please can you make sure that you keep us updated of any changes to your contact details.
3(d) Account creation and online purchases
We collect Identity, Contact, and Profile Data when you create an account with us.
If you visit our website to purchase something we will collect personal data about you for contractual necessity in order to complete the transaction. The personal data we collect is Identity, Contact, Profile, and Financial Data including your billing, delivery and contact details. If you do not provide this information, we cannot process the transaction with you.
We use Stripe for processing financial details relating to purchases. Stripe does not share your Financial Data including payment details with us, but may share any contact details you provide to Stripe that are different to what you have provided to us for the purpose of processing your purchase. 3(e) Competitions
We will collect your Identity and Contact Data and rely on the lawful basis of your consent, if you have opted to enter a competition listed on our website.
Any contact details collected will be used by us to administer the competition and will be passed on to the third party provider of the relevant prize. The identity of the third party recipient will always be stated to you when you apply to enter a competition. We only partner with respectable organisations for our competitions but please note any such organisation will be responsible for their own data protection compliance in respect of marketing communications and consider their privacy notices.
3(f) Marketing
We shall use Identity, Contact, and Marketing and Communications Data to provide you with information about our products, services, or competitions we run, when you request that these be sent to you, and under the lawful basis of consent.
If you have an account with us and we have collected your Contact Data in connection with a purchase, we may contact you to inform you about our other products and services which may be of interest to you. We may also use your Marketing and Communications Data in accordance with our legitimate interest. .
If you ever decide you no longer wish to receive our marketing communications, you can do so at any time by unsubscribing from the mailing list, using the link provided in the marketing email, or by using the contact details below. You can also change your marketing preferences by logging into your account with us. If you do unsubscribe, please note that we will still keep your email in a separate secure list so that we can make sure that you do not receive marketing materials from that specific campaign again in the future.
4 Disclosure of personal data
We will not usually disclose your personal data to third parties other than as already explained in Section 3 above. However, there may be circumstances where we need to share personal data other than as anticipated in Section 3 above. These include:
- where communication is made in a language other than English, we will use third party translation services to translate the communication or application and all of its content, the third party will not use the personal data for any other purpose;
- where we are legally required to disclose the information, this includes sharing the personal data with tax authorities and law enforcement agencies for the purposes of the prevention and detection of crime;
- where we need to disclose the personal data for the purpose of, or in connection with any legal proceedings, or for the purpose of obtaining legal advice, or the disclosure is otherwise necessary for the purposes of establishing, exercising or defending legal rights;
- disclosure is required to protect our interests, or someone else's interests (for example, to prevent fraud);
- it is to a third party for the purposes of providing administrative or processing services on our behalf. If such disclosure is required we will take steps to ensure that the third party protects the personal data in the same way that we do;
- to any third party prize providers in connection with the competitions we run; and
- to any prospective purchaser of our business assets or organisation.
5 Keeping personal data secure
We know that you provide your personal data in good faith and expect it to be looked after. This is why we take the security of your personal data seriously. This means that we have taken steps internally in order to ensure that our systems adequately protect your personal data. This includes:
- locating all personal data that we control on internal servers located in the United Kingdom or a country which the UK government has confirmed has adequate data protection standards;
- ensuring strict access controls on a need to know basis;
- monitoring access to the personal data; and
- double encryption of the personal data on our servers.
6 Your rights
You have rights in respect of your personal data and this Section explains a bit more about those rights that are applicable to what we do with your personal data and when you can exercise them:
- You have the right to be informed that we hold your personal data and how we use it.
- You have the right of access to know what personal data we have for you and to check that we are processing it lawfully.
- You have the right to update and correct your personal data. We may need to verify the accuracy of new data you provide to us.
- You have the right to request removal of your data. Please be aware that we may have to keep some of your data to comply with the law or for HMRC purposes but we will evaluate your request within applicable data protection laws.
- You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by not opting in to marketing. You can also exercise the right at any time by contacting us using the contact information at the bottom of this policy.
- You have the right to object to automated individual decision-making and profiling.
7 How long will we use your personal data
We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.
By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

8 Complaints
You are important to us, and so is protecting your personal data. We have high standards when it comes to collecting and using personal data. For this reason, we take any complaints we receive from you about our use of your personal data very seriously and request that you bring any issues to our attention.
Where you are communicating with us for the purpose of making a complaint, we will only use your personal data to handle, investigate and respond to the complaint and to check on the level of service we provide. Where the complaint is about a member of our team, we may have to disclose your identity to whoever the complaint is about. You may let us know that you don't want information that identifies you to be disclosed and we will try to respect your request; however, it may not be always possible to handle a complaint on an anonymous basis.
