Who can enter?

The new Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies by TTG Luxury celebrates the very best agencies in the UK and Ireland's luxury travel sector.

Whether your business is a high street store, a homeworking network, a concierge business or a specialist in experiential, sustainable, or cruise travel, you're invited to apply. Be sure to review the category criteria before submitting your entry.

Please note, individual travel designer categories will remain within our leading TTG Luxury Travel Awards programme – Top 20 is designed for businesses to enter. 

How much does it cost to enter?

All categories are free to enter.

When are the deadlines for submitting entries?

First nomination stage entry deadline is midnight, Friday 4 July.

For finalists, second-stage assessment form entry deadline is 1 September.

When will the shortlist be announced?

The shortlist will be announced w/c 23 July.

How will the awards be judged?

After the shortlist is announced mid-late July, finalists are invited to complete a second-stage assessment form, to be completed two weeks before judging.

The shortlisted agencies will be asked to join a virtual judging w/c 15 September with a TTG Luxury journalist and the category sponsor, where judges will ask a series of questions based on the assessment form submitted.

ONE winner and a second-placed agency per category will be revealed on 12 November at the Royal Lancaster, London during the spectacular evening awards ceremony.

When will judging take place?

Judging for all categories will take place 15-19 September. Specific dates for each category are listed below:

• Monday 15 September - Top Luxury High Street Agency 2025 (group)
• Tuesday 16 September - Top Luxury Leisure Agency 2025 (office)
• Tuesday 16 September - Top Luxury Weddings & Honeymoons Agency 2025
• Wednesday 17 September - Top Luxury Concierge Company 2025
• Wednesday 17 September - Top Luxury Cruise Agency 2025
• Thursday 18 September - Top Responsible Luxury Holidays Agency 2025
• Thursday 18 September - Top Luxury Adventure Agency 2025
• Friday 19 September - Top Luxury Home-based Agency 2025 (small)
• Friday 19 September - Top Luxury Home-based Agency 2025 (large) 

How will my information be used?

All judges sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and aspects of judging entries, such as financial information is kept strictly confidential.

The TTG team will be using information shared during this year’s entry process for the first of its kind Top 20 Luxury Travel Agencies Insight Report, which will offer unprecedented benchmarking among all entrants. Please note all data will be anonymised and financial information kept strictly confidential.

When will tickets go on sale?

Each shortlisted agency will receive ONE complimentary ticket to attend the awards (to be seated with your category sponsor and other nominees). Tickets are now on sale – view the packages here. We can't wait to celebrate with you on 12 November!
