These categories are aimed at larger agencies with a national customer base. Each agency can enter up to two of the eight categories, ranging from Top Luxury Agency to Top Touring & Adventure Agency.

The entry process:
- Register your agency and your contact details by 6 November
- Our sponsors and a wide-ranging panel of suppliers will rate all the contenders in your category on a scale of 1-5, based on their perception of your agency’s customer service, expertise and drive, as well as sales in Q1 of 2020 before Covid-19 hit
- The five highest-rated agencies will be shortlisted, and announced in December
- The shortlisted agencies will be given a new, quicker assessment form to complete and asked to join a virtual judging ‘visit’ on Zoom in February 2021 with one of the TTG journalists and the category sponsor
- The assessment might touch upon sales in Q1 of 2020 and January of 2021, but will mainly focus on how you and your team have supported your customers during the pandemic
- Two agencies in each nationwide category will earn a place in the Top 50 list for 2021
- One of those two will also be named Top Agency in your category
