Located in the heart of the UK, just outside Royal Sutton Coldfield in north Warwickshire, The Belfry will be our home for this new two-day immersive event, designed to connect agents and suppliers in a fresh and memorable way.
Set within 500 acres of rolling countryside, The Belfry is just 20 minutes from Birmingham and easily accessible from the M6, M40 and M42, or by train at Birmingham International station, from where we will be collecting our agent attendees.
The hotel is renowned for its three golf courses – the PGA National, the Derby and the Brabazon – the latter of which has hosted numerous European Tour events and four Ryder Cups, more than any other venue in the world!
From its 319 luxurious bedrooms and suites, to range of restaurant and bars; its beautiful grounds and spa, The Belfry is the perfect setting for the very first TTG Luxury Experience.
80 handpicked and pre-approved premium travel agents, and up to 20 supplier partners will gather at The Belfry on 22 June.
Upon arrival, agents will be given their itineraries for the event, and enjoy their individual rooms as they settle in.
One of the scheduled activities will take place on the first night for each group, along with a welcome drinks reception and showcase acting as a key ice-breaker, followed by an elegant dinner at the hotel for everyone.
Agents will enjoy conference content especially designed just for them, and the challenges and opportunities they face.
There will be targeted one-to-one sessions for every agent, who will see 10 suppliers via this format during their stay. There will also be a hosted lunch in the beautiful Ryder Grill.
And of course, agents will participate in the range of interactive experiences, from wellbeing workshops, to coffee blending, mini golf and a whole lot more!
All of these will be done alongside suppliers in small groups, ensuring everyone gets to meet everyone at some stage!
