With an extra agent category added this time around, we are ensuring even more luxury travel planners and luxury retail businesses get a chance in the spotlight at these prestigious awards. Hosted at Rosewood London, all shortlisted agents will get a complimentary ticket to attend the event.

Best New Luxury Travel Designer of the Year (individual)
We’re on the hunt for the bright new stars of the sector! Entrants could be in a sales/designer role within a totally new luxury travel business and proving great success to date; have re-entered the sector after time away and be setting it alight; have set up on their own; or have made the move across from another part of the industry to work in an existing luxury travel agency business in frontline sales. You must have been in this particular role for less than two years to be considered Best New Luxury Travel Designer.
Luxury Travel Designer of the Year (individual)
We want to hear from the legends of the sector, the individuals who epitomise everything a Luxury Travel Designer should be in a competitive world. You will be a luxury professional through and through, demonstrating passion, expertise, excitement, connections, innovation, creativity, sales ability and all-round wow factor!

Luxury Travel Retail Business of the Year
As well as traditional one-off high street stores, luxury travel today encompasses a variety of different sales models, from concierge companies and membership-only models, to entertainment and events specialists, as well as small retail groups (miniples), or high-end travel design teams who are online only. It is all these models we will be seeking to recognise in this category – if you’re growing, innovating and responding to customers’ demands and habits as they evolve in smart ways, we want to know about it.
Luxury Travel Agency of the Year (sole store)
In this category we are looking to crown the best luxury travel agency in the UK, one with a “shopfront” presence, or at least able to see clients/take visitors/appointments on the premises. We would like to see passion from the team, profitability in the business, innovation in client relations and marketing, attention to detail in design, interaction and engagement in the community and other relevant and creative luxury activity.

Luxury Homeworking Business of the Year – NEW for 2020
This is a new category for the 2020 awards, one that is designed to recognise those brilliant luxury businesses built on running a successful network of home-based, or remote-located travel designers supported from a head office framework. This category is designed for the overall HQ homeworking business, rather than an individual homeworker. If that's you – please register for Luxury Travel Designer of the Year (individual).
