Entry process
ALL potential winners must complete an online entry form using our awards platform, Evessio. Entrants will be expected to share their stories of customer care, destination and product knowledge, innovation and business success in detail.
We are looking for evidence of a robust business while simultaneously rewarding those who also take care of their people, customers and planet and assess how they are working to be a Smarter, Better, Fairer travel company, in line with TTG Media’s own brand purpose.
Supplier categories
All suppliers must now pay an entry fee of £99 (+VAT). However, this fee will be waived for companies who start the entry process before the first deadline of 25 September. The final deadline for all submissions is 31 October.

Travel designer categories
For the new-look range of individual travel designer categories, agents must complete a submission form (this remains FREE fro agents) by 31 October. For those who become a finalist, travel designers will then also need to take part in a video interview with judges in January 2026, giving the chance to bring their story to life.
Special categories
Sustainability Hero of the Year and Luxury Travel Workplace of the Year can be entered by any person or business in luxury travel – but for the first time this year, we would like to direct agents more specifically to the NEW category of Responsible Luxury Travel Designer of the Year.
Contribution to Luxury Travel cannot be entered externally and is decided by the TTG Luxury team and announced only on the day of the awards.
